Sum-Sum Chan

Founder

With more than 18 years of marketing, CRM architecture and strategy planning expertise, Sum Sum works closely with clients to create a roadmap to success. Along with her small team of seasoned professionals, she provides a custom service that will turn every marketing effort into a "win." She founded Marketing & CRM in 2012, and enjoys working with her clients and helping them expand their business.

Sum-Sum is the leader of the Los Angeles Salesforce Administrator user group and she teaches upper division coursework, including SEO, Analytics, and Social Media, to Marketing, Business and Technology majors as a Professor of Marketing at Cal State University Los Angeles. She is also the VP of Email for the Los Angeles American Marketing Association.

Jenny Isailovski

Marketing Specialist

She has over 10 years of marketing and Salesforce experience working with clients on 3rd party integrations. Her expertise also includes Pardot and Docusign.

Her charisma and passion brings that perfect finish to a well executed campaign.

Mihail Nica

Salesforce Architect

With over 10 years in logistics and ERP use, along with his past experience as a web developer, Mihail is a Salesforce architect who brings a unique perspective to process design. With previous experience as an implementation manager, Mihail understands how to balance various department needs and strives to create simple, streamlined implementations which cater to the lowest common denominator and allow for painless transitions to Salesforce.

Natalie Novak

CRM Consultant

Natalie Novak is a CRM consultant who is dedicated to helping our clients thrive in all aspects related to their customer relationship management system. She has spent over seven years managing operations, sales and customer service teams using Salesforce, Pardot and Docusign. In addition, she has five years of Salesforce administrator experience and spent more than ten years as an end user. Through her experiences, she has an appreciation and enthusiasm for how a process driven approach and integrations with third-party applications and automation tools can streamline business processes and enhance the user experience.

Our Story

I’m wild about marketing.

I can talk your ear off about creative strategies and exciting campaigning that can get you to your goal. But after heading up marketing efforts for several fast moving companies, I realized that I simply was not getting the data I needed in order to build more personalized marketing journeys for my customers.

So I took it upon myself to become a Salesforce expert in order to fulfill the needs of my own department. I found that CRMs are truly the key to any sophisticated sales and marketing department, plus they are incredibly fun to build.

My loves had split into two, one of marketing and another of database development. MCRM was formed in order to bridge those two loves.

My team understands the careful balance of Marketing and CRM and their roles to augment, complement and build on each other.
